Meet Pamela Palma, Director, and the artists of PLY-Miami Fiber Art Collective who created Julia Tuttle The Mural now on view in the Folklfe Gallery. Join us for an interactive Artist Talk on January 20 at 7:00 PM. Get the backstory on the woman known as the Mother of Miami, who founded our city in 1896. See how the artists made hundreds of leaves and flowers by hand with yarn, thread, and cloth. Experience the hands-on process of crochet during Q & A.
