An expert in Haitian traditional medicine, Liliane Louis will lead a workshop about using nature’s gifts to promote health and wellness. Using plants and herbs from her garden, she will prepare teas, juices, and remedies that she uses to fill the body with antioxidants and treat specific illnesses. A storyteller in everything she does, Liliane will share personal stories and her wealth of knowledge during this intimate workshop.
